Skoda Vision O Unveiled: A Glimpse Into the Future of Octavia EV

Skoda has officially shared the first glimpse of its upcoming Vision O concept car, setting the stage for its world premiere at the 2025 Munich Motor Show. This innovative concept offers a preview of the design and technological future of Skoda’s estate models, particularly the next-generation Octavia.

The Vision O concept embraces Skoda’s evolving “Modern Solid” design philosophy. The teaser showcases a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette featuring a sharply raked windscreen and roofline. Highlights include futuristic LED headlamps and tail-lights, along with what appears to be camera-based rearview systems replacing traditional mirrors.

The Vision O is expected to serve as a design and platform preview for the next-gen Octavia. Reports suggest the upcoming model will be underpinned by Volkswagen Group’s Scalable Systems Platform (SSP), confirming the development of a fully-electric Octavia variant later this decade.

Skoda plans to fully unveil the Vision O concept at the Munich Motor Show in September 2025, offering more detailed insights into the next chapter of its electric vehicle journey.
